1. Company Purpose & B2B Exclusivity

PBM Labs LLC("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates exclusively to provide technology consulting and software development services. The tools, APIs, and infrastructure we develop ("Services") are provided strictly for commercial, business, and enterprise use. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and not as an individual consumer. We do not offer consumer services.

2. Nature of the Software Services

As part of our software development and technology consulting services, we provide mathematical and cryptographic validation tools to analyze data integrity, specifically focusing on email metadata (such as DKIM and SMTP origin).

  • Not a Financial ServiceWe are not a bank, broker, money services business (MSB), or financial institution. We do not process, hold, custody, or transfer fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, securities, or any financial assets.
  • Information OnlyThe Certificates of Process generated by our proprietary software provide technical data points regarding origin and integrity. They do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.

3. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

The Company provides custom software and data validation tools. We do not participate in, and have no visibility into, the underlying commercial transactions, contracts, or payments of our clients. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PBM Labs LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Client assumes full responsibility for their internal business controls.

4. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Access to our consulting services and software APIs is billed via project milestones, subscription, or metered usage. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars. Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and consulting hours, all payments are final and non-refundable. The Company does not entertain chargebacks for delivered software or metered infrastructure usage.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
